Q: How long does the module take?
A: This online module takes 11 minutes
Q: Is this required training?
A: All employees, including student workers need to take the training.
Q: What is the deadline to complete the training?
A: Complete it before you attend Module 2 - Exploring Service Excellence. Module 2 sessions start September 17 and continue into October. Click here to access the TLC website with the schedule and registration process. Please note the employee group specific tabs on the top of the web page.
Q: If I attended a breakout at the Fall kick-off sessions on Module 1, do I still need to participate in this?
A: No - if you attended and signed in at the breakout session we will record you as having completed the training.
Q: What if my team does not have access to computers to complete the training?
A: Please contact the TLC to set up special arrangements.
Q: I have a new employee. Is that employee registered to take the training?
A: If they are part of a distribution group (for example ~Managerial, ~Classified Staff) they are automatically registered.
Q: My login won't work. What do I do?
A: Remember to enter your complete email address, as well as your COD systems login information.
